Excellent stay with great service

attentive staff great location nice games room surprise wine

I found the staff very attentive and helpful, even providing a surprise bottle of wine. The location is great. The main area is a short walk away, and local shops are nearby. I saw the manager ensuring everything was good for the guests. The hotel offered a nice games room for kids.

The check-in process seemed slow, it took a while to complete.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the good air conditioning. The room also included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a very nice feature. I found it very convenient.

The hotel has a lovely pool area, the pool is not heated. A shop is conveniently located next door to the hotel, very useful. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use.

The reception service was excellent, and the staff were always ready to assist. Cleaners were constantly maintaining the toilets, a great sign. Bar staff worked really hard to provide an excellent service.

the breakfast buffet presented many choices. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel location is close to aldi, it is only a few minutes walk.

malfunctioning air conditioning public noise

the location was acceptable, near shops.

i had issues with air conditioning in the room, it didnt worked as expected. this made sleeping difficult. also, the noise level at night was pretty bad, because of nearby pubs. it went on until morning.

The location is convenient. It is a short walk to both the beach and the party area. Rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was friendly.

The air conditioning did not seem to work. I found this unfortunate. Some noise from nearby pubs continued until around 6 am. The bathroom shower leaked a bit.
